One of my favorite recipes is this delicious sandwich topped with blue cheese sprinkles and other flavorful ingredients, and the best part is it only takes a few minutes to prepare!
ROAST BEEF & BLUE CHEESE SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
1 or 2 slices of bread
Horseradish sauce
Lettuce
1 Onion
Butter
Roast beef
Blue cheese crumbles
Makes 1 serving
DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler. Spread horseradish sauce on bread.

Preheat broiler. Spread horseradish sauce on bread.
Slice one onion, then saute slices in butter until translucent.
Layer the lettuce, onion, and roast beef on top of the bread.
Top with blue cheese crumbles, and broil for a minute or two as the cheese melts quickly. Use the crumbles sparingly as not to overwhelm the sandwich. The sandwich can be served either open faced or topped with another slice of bread.
